Art with Mrs. Marsden

Students had fun learning to be copy machines and enlarging pictures. The fifth-grade teachers tried first with chalk. Students did it on paper enlarging a portrait of Washington. Next week they will do it with chalk taking a section each. It should be really fun. Look for pictures to come.

Finding Volume

Fifth-grade students explored finding volume by filling boxes with cubes. They had to make sure there were no gaps and everything was arranged neatly.
