Dear SL Parents,

Thank you to everyone who made it out to SEPS this last week.  It was great to sit and visit with so many of you.  I have now been at SL a little over a year now and I have really enjoyed getting to know so many of you and your children.

This upcoming week is Red Ribbon Week at Spring Lake.  It is also a great time as adults to visit with our children about staying healthy. Here is the outline for each activities.

Monday- Pajama Day

Tuesday- Crazy Day (crazy hair, clothes, socks)

The Reflections program was started to encourage students to explore their talents and express themselves. This is their chance to share their original art work and be creative.Reflections entries are due by Tuesday, October 25th. The theme is "What Is Your Story?".  Using the theme, students can enter in seven different categories: Literature, Visual Arts, 3-D Art, Dance, Music, Film and Photography.

It's our own Mr. Daybell serving his all time favorite lunch.
