On Friday March 29th, Ballet West for Children came to Spring Lake Elementary. They presented a history of ballet, and a sample of daily ballet classes involving students. They taught students about technique, music appreciation, good posture, healthy eating, and work ethic that goes into having a career in ballet. They then did a condensed version of Sleeping Beauty for the students. It was a great assembly. Thanks to Ballet West and USOE for making it possible.
