Mrs. Davis and her AM kindergarten class are delighted that we have a new Foster Grandpa in our class. His name is Keith Van Ausdal and he is a grandpa to our 22 kindergarten kids. He also has a large family of his own including 8 children, 18 grandchildren, AND 3 great-grandchildren!
Grandpa Keith has been a Custodian for the SLC Public Library, U of U student dorms and Shriner's Hospital. He has also been a Route Salesman, a Mattress Maker and a Foundry Worker. When Grandpa Keith was in kindergarten, oh so many years ago, at Santaquin Elementary, he was able to read. We are very grateful that he has joined our classroom and we already love him very much!
