Why did you decide to become a teacher?: My mom works as a Skills coach and has for 13 years. I loved her job when I was in elementary and saw the impact she made on others. I wanted to be able to be the light for students like she did.
How long you been teaching?: This is my 3rd year
College: Well does MATC count? :) I completed a dental assisting course
Hometown: Salem, Utah
Something not many people know about you: I went on a trip to Louisiana and got stuck on a tour in the bayou where we were chased by 3-4 alligators. So scary yet so thrilling.
I love teaching...: working around kids. Working at a dentist I loved when I could help the kids and what better place to help kids then at an elementary?
During the summer I like to...: do anything outdoors. Swimming, playing tennis, running, being in the sun.
If calories didn't count I would eat/drink...: Ice cream...everyday
Favorite book or movie: Harry Potter all the way!
