Fifth-Grade Track Meet
Fifth-Grade enjoyed a beautiful day out in the sun for the track meet at Payson High School. Students competed again other schools from Payson, Santaquin, and Goshen. We are proud of our Spring Lake Hawks that represented our school well.
GAINS Training
Mr. Marsden visited with 5th-grade students about making sure their sentences have capitals, commas, and punctuation. They learned how music can affect their writing and how it can set the tone for our writing. Students worked on descriptive sentences and drawing a comic picture to go with it.
The Great Shakeout
Students at Spring Lake Elementary participated in Utah's Great Shakeout. All around the state students practiced what to do in the event of an earthquake.
