Sixth-grade students have been learning about convection currents. One student Kaylee Giles and her brother Braxton help on a hot air balloon crew. Smiley's Dream brought their 90,000 cubic foot balloon to show to the students. They got to see it get filled up, launch a few feet, and help pack it up again. Something that most students will not ever see that up close again. Several teachers were able to ride in the basket. We are glad they came back down. Thanks so much to Keith and Marianne Evans.
