The whole school of Spring Lake elementary decided to say boo to drugs and host a Halloween parade. On this special occasion kids from each grade dressed up in their costumes and held a parade. The school is dedicating this parade to helping kids stay drug-free throughout their entire lives. Studies show that making an impact on kids at a young age will likely influence them to grow up and abide by those same rules. This was a very fun time for the whole school and they all learned a valuable lesson.

Mrs. Jarvis’s class has come together to make these cute Thanksgiving turkeys, but they wrote about thanksgiving without turkeys. What would you do if there were no turkeys for Thanksgiving?

Veterans were honored with a parade to all the Payson City Schools.  This is a glimpse of what they saw at Spring Lake Elementary.  

Students in Mrs. Taylor's class honor Veterans and pay special tribute to the Veterans in their own families.
