Track Meet Fifth Grade

Submitted by doug.lai on

It's track meet season! On Thursday, April 25th, our 5th graders enjoyed a beautiful day in the sun, running, jumping and throwing.  It was so fun to see our students cross the finish line after giving it their best effort.  We are so proud of our 5th graders.  Track meet winners will be recognized at an assembly on May 22nd.

Why did you decide to become a teacher?: When I was a little girl I always wanted to be a nurse or a teacher. I have been fortunate enough to work in the field of medicine as well as be a teacher. I decided to go back to school and become a teacher because I was always at my kids' school volunteering. I also wanted to have a similar schedule with my children so I could be with them as much as possible. It has been a great choice for me! Little people are so fun to hang out with!

Our very own Mr. Probst brought in his puppy, Chloe, for some kindergarten cuddles! What a great way to start our Friday. Thanks Mr. Probst!
