Morse Code and Coco
Spring Lake 4th graders taught their 1st grade buddies how to spell their name in Morse Code using noodles and beads. Then they treated them to hot coco. It was tons of fun!
Grinch Day in 2nd Grade
The Second grade had a Grinch day on Friday, December 10th! They did a whole bunch of fun things. Like dressing all in green just like the Grinch. They also got a yummy treat!

Students at Spring Lake Elementary were talking turkey at the school's annual "Gobble-off," a contest with a dual purpose -- to find out which student can make the best turkey impression, and to let all the kids burn off some holiday energy.

Second Graders Are Mathematicians!
The 2nd grade has been learning about subtracting double digit numbers. They just started on Monday, November 29th. It was probably hard at first but they got it pretty quick . Yay for 2nd graders!
