I would like to shout out a great big THANK YOU to all my ladies, also to the ladies from other schools that have come to help us out. Nobody would have ever thought that this would be our "new normal" for now. I tell them to just breathe, we can get through this and we are the happy faces feeding the kids. We are the NEBO HEROS! I know this is a very difficult time right now for everyone and we are all in this together. Thank you Spring Lake, Parkview and Taylor Elementary Schools.

 Dear Parent/Guardian:

 Like you, we are just learning that Governor Gary R. Herbert, State Superintendent Syd Dickson, and the Utah State Board of Education “announced today that Utah’s K-12 public schools will extend their dismissal [soft closure] through Friday, May 1st.”  Their press release further stated that they will “continue to evaluate the situation to make a determination about the remaining school year” and that:

Also, be looking for a post when teachers are hoping to drive through in the neighborhoods to say hi to kids. 

Spring Lake Elementary will continue to offer meals from 9:00-11:30 am. You can come during this time and get both breakfast and lunch.
