Good Evening Spring Lake Hawks,
Thanks to all of you who came out to SEP’s last week. It was great to have a chance to see so many of you and talk about your children. It is important that we have good communication with each of you so we can do what is best for our students.
Kindergarten Enrollment is this Tuesday, March 22 from 8:00am-4:00pm. This year we are asking you to bring your child so we can do a quick assessment that will help us make classes. This will take the place of Kindergarten preview that has been previously held in the summer. If you are not able to make it on Tuesday, please call the office and we will set up another time.
Spring Lake will also begin SAGE testing in the next couple of weeks. I will try to let you know a few days in advance when teachers will be testing. I have been asked by several people about what happens if their kid is sick or goes on vacation when they are testing. My response is don’t worry about it. If you are on vacation, have fun! If you are sick, just get feeling better. We will just make it up on a different day.
