Hello Spring Lake Elementary Supporters!
My name is Lindsey Hughes and I will be the Facilitator next year. I am beyond excited to be working with you and your children next year. I have been teaching for the past eight years at East Meadows Elementary School in Spanish Fork. I have taught 5th and 6th grade, as well as mentored numerous new teachers.
I was born and raised in Southern California until the age of 14, when I left to attend New Mexico Military Institute. I spent my high school and junior college years in military school and loved, almost, every second! After NMMI, I attended Southern Virginia University, before I settled down at Brigham Young University. I graduated from BYU with a degree in Elementary Education.
I am married to a "cowboy" from Spanish Fork and we have three darling children; Teague is 6 years old, Colt is 4 years old, and Reese is 1 year old. We love to camp, hike, ride horses, hunt, ride bikes, go four-wheeling, and just be together.
