Spring Lake students met a lot of special guests today, by having the most registrations for the City's Pay It Forward Fun Run. Students got to meet Payson City Royalty, a former Ms. USA, an Olympic Athlete and Willy the mascot from UVU. Sponsors of the event donated hundreds of balls to the school. One sponsor was Steps Recovery who wanted to Pay it Forward to Spring Lake students who donated to their organization before for Pennies for Prevention. Students learned how to have fun being active, that they can fulfill any dream they have, and how you can turn a negative experience into a positive one. Thanks to all who participated and to Payson City for such a fun event.
