Over the break we were so sad to say "See you later" to Mr. Farnes and Mrs. Topham as they embark on their new adventures. We are excited to welcome Mrs. Braden and Mrs. Kilner to our hawk family! Here is a little bit about them.
Hello! I’m Ann Braden. I am married and have seven children. Six of my children are grown and live in Utah, California, and Tennessee. I have a fourteen year old son left at home.
Hi everyone! My name is Mrs. Kilner and I am so excited to be at Spring Lake Elementary! I am married to my wonderful husband Mark and we have two children, Emilia (6) and Patrick (2). I was born and raised in Washington, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in education from Eastern Washington University and my Masters degree at The University of Washington. I taught for 4 years there, before moving to California and teaching for 3 more years. I have taught Kindergarten- 5th grade and I love how each grade brings me joy in different ways! I am brand new to the area and just moved to this wonderful city!
