The final game was played on Friday September 21st against the Jaguars. The game ended with a tie, with neither team scoring. Overtime ended the same way with the score still being 0 to 0. The game went to a shootout with Stratton Scott making the winning goal. Chyler Zeeman was the goalie during the shootout and prevented the other team from scoring. Kevin Suarez was goalie during the game.
Coach Kristi Albright is very proud of her team. “They fought hard and remained focused, and positive throughout the whole game. Each player is an important part of our team, and they work so well together. These are a great bunch of kids and I expect many more great things of them in the future.”
