On February 4th, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., Dr. Christy Kane will be coming to Payson High School to share a presentation for parents called "Unplug and Connect".  Dr. Kane's presentation is enlighting and informative.  We are encouraging all parents to attend.  If you are unable to attend that evening, three other dates are available at the following locations:

Salem Hill High School:  February 25th @ 7:00 PM

Spanish Fork High School:  April 15th @7:00 PM

Maple Mountain High School:  March 18th @7:00 PM  

White Ribbon Week was a HUGE success!  Many thanks to the PTA and the athletic teams from Payson High School who helped teach and reinforce concepts that will keep students safe online.  From dress up days to lunch time activities to a school wide Media Detective scavenger hunt, students really learned about the importance of digital citizenship and using media wisely.  

Thank You PTA, Payson High Students, parents, and especially Amy Young for a wonderful week learning about how to be safe on the Internet and the media we observe. Remember to THINK. T - Is it true? H - How does it get my attention? I - I can choose. Is it a good choice for me? N - What are they not telling me? K - Do I know who made the message and why?

Today the students got to put a star on the cereal design they would have purchased if they saw it in a store. It was fun to see all of the designs the kids came up with!
