Students can set goals with their teachers in reading, math, or anything else! Once the goal is achieved they get to come down to the office and ring the victory bell!
2nd Grade Sorting Hat
Mrs. Bennett's class has been reading Harry Potter and were able to explore with the sorting hat!
4th Grade Focus Words
Mrs. Rogers had her students think of a focus word to help celebrate the new year. Students made a design out of their word and it is posted in the room so they can remember what they're working on.
Days Off
Monday, January 16, 2023, marks the 37th anniversary of the federal holiday in honor of Rev. Martin Luther King’s birthday. Signed into law in 1983 and first observed in 1986, the holiday is a tribute to King for advancing civil rights and social justice through non-violent protest. His was only the second birthday designated as a federal holiday after the observance of George Washington’s birthday.

Over the break we were so sad to say "See you later" to Mr. Farnes and Mrs. Topham as they embark on their new adventures. We are excited to welcome Mrs. Braden and Mrs. Kilner to our hawk family! Here is a little bit about them.
Hello! I’m Ann Braden. I am married and have seven children. Six of my children are grown and live in Utah, California, and Tennessee. I have a fourteen year old son left at home.

Wednesday is the last day of school. School resumes on January 4th.
